Calaveras takes 5th Place in Marijuana Arrests Per Capita

Calaveras earns itself a top honor in arrests, taking 5th place in arrests/residents for 2008. The Department of Justice released figures show Calaveras has 37.6 arrests per 10,000 residents, trailing first place Alpine and Inyo Counties at 58.3 per 10,000.
