Facing expensive civil litigation and state sanctions, two counties have decided that they need to use their tax resources by skirting California law. Proposition 215 passed 14 years ago; however, Sutter and Colusa counties have failed to implement ID cards mandated by SB 420.

This is a waste of our tax dollars and displays the ignorance of the prohibitionist mindset. You cannot get medicinal cannabis at hospitals and pharmacies. This matter was fought all the way to the all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court — and the prohibitionists lost.
